DESCRIPTION:sound bath and breath workshop Tuesday\, October 20th | 6 PM 
 | Our Lady of the Snows | $10 | Sign-up Required During this workshop\, 
 participants will be led in breath work\, showing them techniques they c
 an use in their everyday lives to restore and reset. The breath workshop
  will be followed by a vocal alchemy sound bath where guests can lie in 
 the transformative frequencies of sound. Please bring anything that will
  help you feel comfortable and supported during this class\, a yoga mat\
 , blanket\, pillow\, eye mask\, water bottle\, or any other cozy items y
 ou might need. Local Little Cottonwood Canyon employee\, athlete\, and c
 ommunity member GJ Woomer started Peak Serenity to give our alpine commu
 nity free access to the healing modalities of breath\, sound\, and movem
